Our Story
After decades inspecting and auditing commercial kitchens — from Michelin-starred restaurants to school canteens — I kept seeing the same problem: plastic chopping boards failing basic hygiene standards and being thrown away. It became my own kitchen nightmare.
That’s why I created ABOVE BOARD®: a smarter, safer, and more sustainable solution.
