Orders

Your order is only accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Boardcycle Scheme
Customers may return used chopping boards (plastic, wood, or wood fibre) through our BoardCycle Scheme.
Returned boards must be sent to our designated address, and customers may receive discounts off their next purchase.
