At ABOVE BOARD®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for both consumer and business customers.
For Consumer Customers (B2C)
If you are buying as an individual (not on behalf of a business), your purchase is covered by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Change of Mind
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You’ll then have another 14 days to return the items to us.Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs.
For Business Customers (B2B)
If you are purchasing as a business, the above consumer cancellation rights do not apply. However:
Returns will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Any issues must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence before authorising a return.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement, credit note, or refund.
How to Return an Item

We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions.
Pack items securely, ideally in the original packaging.
Post to the address provided.
Exclusions
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
Items not returned in a resaleable condition may not qualify for a full refund.
